The installation process for your Digital Reflection Internet Meter has not yet been completed.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:

  • First make sure your meter is connected to your internet router using the ethernet cable provided in your kit. After connecting to your router, plug the meter power cord into an electrical outlet. Then click the Install Meter Link again (the link we sent to your email).
  • If you have an ISP app that shows devices connecting to your network, please check and make sure that the device called 'Rikomagic' is connected and granted permission to access your network. If it's not, grant permission for Rikomagic to access the network and then click on the Install Meter link again.
  • If you are using an iPhone or iPad device, please make sure that Private Relay is set to OFF before you click the Install Meter link. To check this, go to: Settings> [YOUR NAME]>iCloud. Then find the Private Relay toggle and make sure it is set to OFF. You can turn it back on after you have installed your meter.


If you are still unsuccessful after trying these troubleshooting steps, please wait 15 minutes to allow the meter to reset and then click the Install Meter Link in your email again.
